Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F
Grease a muffin tin with non-stick spray or oil
Pat hash browns dry with paper towels
Combine hash browns, cheese, and green onions in a bowl
Whisk eggs, pepper, and garlic powder in a small container
Add egg mixture to potato blend and coat evenly
Fill muffin tin compartments with scooped mixture
Press down firmly to compact the mixture
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden
