Ingredients
4 English cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup sliced smoked turkey bacon
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Combine cucumber, onion, and turkey bacon in a large bowl
Whisk sour cream, mayonnaise, dill, vinegar, and mustard in a separate bowl
Pour dressing over salad and mix gently
Season with salt and pepper
