Ingredients
Chicken Breast, Boneless Skinless (1.5 lbs, cut into thin strips)
Fettuccine Pasta (12 oz, bronze-cut)
Heavy Cream (2 cups, room temperature)
Parmesan Cheese (1.5 cups, freshly grated)
Garlic Cloves (4, freshly minced)
Unsalted Butter (3 tbsp, high-fat European-style)
Chicken Broth (0.5 cup, low-sodium)

Instructions
Boil large pot of salted water and cook fettuccine to al dente, reserving 1 cup starchy cooking water
