2 cans (10 oz each) cream of chicken soup
1 packet low-sodium chicken gravy mix
0.5 cup chicken broth (reserved from cooking)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
0.5 teaspoon black pepper
Optional: Substitute cream of chicken soup with cream of mushroom
Instructions
Place chicken breasts in the bottom of a 6-quart slow cooker
In a medium bowl, whisk soup, gravy mix, garlic powder, and pepper until smooth
Pour the mixture over the chicken
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours
Shred chicken using two forks
Stir in chicken broth to achieve desired consistency

Notes
For thicker gravy, reserve 2-3 tablespoons of the cooking juices before adding broth
Room temperature chicken reduces cooking time
Substitute low-sodium broth for better flavor control
