Ingredients

2 slices sourdough bread

1 oz sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat skillet over medium heat
Combine blueberries and honey in a bowl
Spread brie over both bread slices
Place blueberry mixture on top of the brie
Top with cheddar and remaining bread
Butter the exterior surfaces of the sandwich
Cook 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown
Notes
