Ingredients
2 cups Greek yogurt
2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
2 cups self-rising flour
4 oz cream cheese
1 egg (for glazing)
1 teaspoon sugar (optional for cream cheese)
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)
In a large bowl, mix Greek yogurt, protein powder, egg, sugar, and salt until smooth
Gradually add self-rising flour, stirring until a soft dough forms
Turn dough onto a floured surface and divide into 12 equal portions
Roll each portion into a ball, then flatten with a fork to create indentations
Fill each indentation with about 1 teaspoon of softened cream cheese
Bake for 20–22 minutes until golden brown
Cool completely before serving
