Description

Crispy flour tortillas cradle tender pan-seared chicken, melted mozzarella, sharp cheddar, and aromatic garlic butter. A quick, protein-packed weeknight favorite with gooey, flavorful fillings.


Ingredients

Chicken Breast (1.5 lbs, cut into 1-inch cubes)
Flour Tortillas (4 large, burrito-size)
Mozzarella Cheese (1 cup, freshly shredded)
Cheddar Cheese (1 cup, sharp variety)
Garlic Butter (3 tbsp, clarified with minced garlic)
Italian Seasoning (1 tsp, dried herb blend)
Sea Salt and Black Pepper (to taste)


Instructions

Season chicken cubes with sea salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Heat 1 tbsp garlic butter in a skillet over medium-high until shimmering.
Sauté chicken for 6-8 minutes until 165°F internal temperature. Remove to a bowl.
Lay tortillas flat, divide melted cheeses equally among them.
Top each tortilla with chicken, remaining garlic butter, and fold to wrap securely.
Toast wraps in a nonstick skillet for 1-2 minutes per side until crisp.

Notes

Use freshly shredded cheese for optimal melting.
Burrito-size tortillas hold fillings better.
